• Must be 16yrs+ to be serviced (ID may be requested)
• No plain/solid colour acrylic sets
• Deposits are strictly non-refundable
• Minimum 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule without forfeiting deposit
• Over 20 minutes late will result in appointment cancellation, late fees may apply after 15 minutes
• No extra guests (disability and aged care workers excluded)
• Nails from other salons cannot be worked over, a nail removal service will be required
• No shows will be charged remaining service amount and banned from future booking
• Nails and surrounding skin with infection, fungal/bacterial conditions, or severe damage will not be able to be worked over due to safety risks

Please disclose if you have any of the above nail conditions prior to booking to avoid your appointment being cancelled and deposit forfeited.
